Included in the rental
• Breakfast is Included – including its food and beverage costs
• Welcome Drinks, Canapés and welcome pack
• Personal Laundry – excluding dry cleaning
• Preparation and Service – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Braai Barbeque
• Food and Beverage Purchasing – food and beverage cost not included
• Staff – House Manager, Chef, 2 Housekeepers, Maintenance and Pool Cleaning

Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in is at 15:00 and Check-out is at 11:00

Reservations
• 50% of the rental fee is payable upon booking
• The second 50% of the rental fee is payable 30 days before the date of arrival

Cancellations
• If cancellations are made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total rental fee will be charged
• If cancellations are made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total rental fee will be charged
